The application is available on our website or main office.     1. Application for Admission (no fee) 2. The Placement Test is part of the application process. ($35 fee) January 7, 2012 7:30 -11:30 am January 21, 2012 7:30 -11:30 am The cost of the test is $35.  Test begins promptly at 7:30 a.m.   No pre-registration required. High School Placement Test Prep Course December 3rd and 10th, 2011 8:00AM-12:15PM $40 for both days $25 for one day Call 602-256-4909 to Register     3. Teacher-Principal Evaluation Forms/Transcript Request Evaluations and Transcript Request Forms are to be completed by the applicant's current teachers and school administration. These are due by February 15, 2012.  4. Letters of Acceptance Applicants will receive notification by early March.   5.
