Constitution Click here to download Moderator As moderator of Student Council for the past seven years, Dr. Rockwell has helped Student Council achieve many accolades and achievements, nationally and within the state of Arizona.  Along with being a Senior Class English Teacher, she assists with the growth of many exceptional students that have joined Student Council—from their leadership skills to their communication abilities.  Recently, Dr. Rockwell was elected to the Executive Board of the Arizona Association of Student Councils, a huge accomplishment for our Council.  We are proud to have such an amazing moderator to lead Saint Mary’s Student Council into its future of amazing opportunities.
